Celebrate with me. This was waiting for me when I got home from work today.
Dual fuel. Gas range. Electric oven. Convection oven. Continuous grate (I put my four largest pots and pans on. At once. The scandal. And the All-Clad fell madly in love with the range; for once they didn't feel that the range was beneath them...). Stainless steel. All sorts of digital dials and tools I haven't begun to figure out (yet).
It's 30" in width (anything larger requires renovation which I'm not willing to undergo); but even if I'd had the 60" Dacor Epicure range of my dreams, I couldn't be happier.
I have the greatest in laws in the world (this was their housewarming present to us). Thanks Mom & Dad!
I am so psyched. Cooking for ten in two hours? Baking at midnight? Bring it on, baby. But not a wedding a cake. Never again a wedding cake.
First meal up from my new friend? Duck ragù risotto.
Oh, I'm so happy for you!
It looks wonderful...very shiny.
I just got a new freezer...must be something in the air!

Wow, what a beauty - I am so jealous. I guess I'll just have to visit often and live vicariously through you.
