I wish that I were there to help out. For some reason, this reminds me of having a drawer full of clean underwear. There are so many possibilites and everyhing feels wonderful. Hmmm... maybe I am just weird.

Ivonne

I'm volunteering my services!

cath

Jaspreet, you crack me up, weird or not.

Ivonne, come on over! Bring dessert!

Gabriella True

I will be right over to help you imbibe. God, you are funny.

cath

Gabriella, excellent! the more the merrier! I'll just need to start cooking for everyone... :-)

lizelle

hmmmm. I'm curious as to what other wines were purchased. Sounds like you made out like a bandit.

Gabriella True

ooh. I can't wait!

cath

Lizelle, I think we made out like drunk bandits! We also picked up wine from Miner Family, Regusci, Chimney Rock, Luna Vineyards, Whitehall Lane, and Chateau Montelena. I'm probably forgetting some. Sigh.

Gabriella, some day we'll have a food bloggers meet and eat event. :-)

Ha ha, that sounds very familiar! My husband and I did the same exact thing when visiting California wine country a few years ago. Still, it's fun to think back when those cases come rolling in.

This is the first time I've seen your blog, and it's awesome! I've bookmarked it so I can surf through the archives...

Cath

S'kat -- thanks for dropping by! That's very sweet of you! I've been lurking at your site for a while. Re: wine -- oh yeah. It was sort of shocking for a few weeks as box after box showed up. Those are the moments you think, "How MUCH did I drink?!"
