I'm torn. The names are different, is the story the same?
Love your writing.

Hey Tanna -- beginnings are almost always the same aren't they? Two different couples; I'm much more hopeful that the end for B. and G. is much, much different than it's going to be for D.

Sorry, but I'm just plain confused. Is this real-life?

Yep, it is real life....

Some lovely lines in there...
"A decade is a long time in which to store a stockpile of good moments."

Very clever, very touching...and very real. I've lived in both of these stories. Your writing has depth and accessibility. I'm rooting for all of these characters. Well done!
As I'm just now 'unfolding' a food blog of my own, I am exploring who is out there. I'm pleased to have found you. I'll be back on a regular basis.

your writing is amazing

and i like your blog so i will check back often

I love the writing style. I agree that beginnings are sweeter than endings. The story is delicious either way.

This is one of the most beautiful love stories I have ever read. You are right - the beginning is always wonderful, if it wasn't the end would not be so difficult.

I love, love your writing. Just a tiny thing though--you have a misplaced modifier in your first sentence...I love it still, and didn't catch it until I read it again.
