I compulsively take photos of food. Not necessarily for the blog, just because. And when I do it of food I've made, I know it's not always for artistic reasons (read: narcissism). But on occasion, my ADS (Asian Documentation Syndrome) is a good leveling agent for hubris.

This photo was taken a year or so ago. Not only did I never write about this particular dish, I'm not even sure what the hell it is.
And if you look carefully, I don't think we even ate it.
